Our SLM manufacturing experience

•Hundreds of magnetic cores produced, including many developed from our own blend of magnetic steel powders

•Hundreds of FDM-type nozzles producedincluding unique geometry to enhance heat transfer into extrusion(sameprinciple as CHT nozzle)

•Various one-off unique designs includingpellet extruder barrel, extruder screws, hydraulic manifolds, shaft couplers etc

•Developeddesign-for-additive-manufacturing(DfAM) and process know-how to tweakdesigns/process for manufacturability(optimising speed, quality and material used). Casestudy: V6/Volcano-like SLM printed nozzles
